cancellation policy
We have a 24-hour grace period for customers to cancel their reservations from the initial transaction. Afterwards, if the reservation is canceled seven or more days before the scheduled rental date, there will be no penalty. Cancellations occurring in less than seven days from rental date will be penalized with a fee equal to 50 percent of the rental value.
security deposit
Due to the extremely high cost of the vehicles we offer, it is our policy to take a refundable security deposit for all of our rentals. They can range from $750 – $2000 depending on the vehicle rented. Even if you are only renting the car for 4 hours the security deposit will be the same as the 24-hour rental price. Rest assured, this is refunded in full once the vehicle has been returned to us and thoroughly inspected. If there are any additional mileage charges or minor damages, they are billed from your deposit and the balance is refunded back onto your credit card.
rental hours
No. We require that all of our rentals be at least a 24 hour period. This helps our clients avoid penalty charges. If our clients must have a shorter rental period, we ask them to speak with one of our customer service reps.

proof of insurance
If you are a U.S. citizen that has car insurance that covers you for driving different vehicles, you will not need additional coverage. We will call your insurance provider to make sure that your policy covers you for the rental and is in good standing. We will help their international customers obtain insurance coverage for the rental period.
damages and accidents
We come across a lot of minor scuffs and scrapes on our cars when they go out on rentals – sometimes customers curb a wheel or scratch a front bumper. These repairs are quick and relatively inexpensive to make and are billed from the security deposit in order to minimize the amount of time the car is off the road. Once your invoice has been settled, you make a claim to your insurance company to be reimbursed for any charges.

To make a reservation, Choose your vehicle you will be renting and the dates you need. When you have completed this information. Hit Book and that will start the reservation process. We will place a hold on your credit card for the rental amount and you will receive a Reservation Request Email.
